Bangor Ladies Choir Annual Concert With Perter Corry and His Band

Peter Corry and Bangor Ladies Choir

As the song goes “oh what a night!” and that’s exactly what Saturday 11 May was for the audience who attended Bangor Ladies Choir Annual Concert with Peter Corry and his Band.  A fabulous repertoire from the choir and a great programme from Peter Corry – put together gave one amazing show!

Feedback from the audience was phenomenal – the choir were on top form giving a variety of music including pieces from ABBA, Simon and Garfunkel, Sting and Coldplay as well as the beautiful piece “The Lark in the Clear Air” written by Havelock Nelson and dedicated to three longstanding much loved members of Bangor Ladies Choir – Kathleen, Sheena and Bette – who passed away during the choir season.

Peter also presented a great programme including a character piece from Oliver and included some of his extremely talented band members.
