Margaret McDowells interest in music started at a very early age singing in school choirs and acting as school accompanist. She attained Associate Trinity College London teacher's diploma in piano and taught privately for many years. Margaret is a founder member of Bangor Ladies Choir and Chairman of the organising committee of Bangor International Choral Festival.
